2，帕檀迦里《瑜伽经》梵文诗节和中译文朗诵

是我根据04年的《现在开始讲解瑜伽》一书的附赠光盘重新制作的CD，那一版的书已经售罄，因此也就无从得到这一光盘了，而且它有两个问题：一是光盘不是CD音轨的，因此只能在电脑上播放而不能在普通的CD机上播放，二是《瑜伽经》的四个章节没有分开制作成不同音轨，因此感觉很冗长。这张CD受到了很多瑜伽友人的好评，因此我用录音软件把它重新修整了一番以便更符合使用的需要。
